Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy (January 23, 1998 – June 18, 2018), better known by his stage name XXXTentacion, was an American rapper from Lauderhill, Florida. Onfroy was known for his adaptability with his music, which reaches from forceful, underground rock-motivated hip jump, to serious and slower R&B style melodies, to even substantial metal. His music is known for the lofi sound nature of his vocals and tunes, which typically are contorted and unmastered. His vocal style ran from singing, rapping, and shouting.
