Fischerspooner is an electroclash couple and execution troupe shaped in 1998 in New York City. The name comes straightforwardly from the last names of the band individuals; Warren Fischer and Casey Spooner.

Spiking amazingly retro electropop inclinations (reviewing Kraftwerk, early Depeche Mode, and Gary Numan) with a cutting edge way to deal with programming, Fischerspooner produces an idiosyncratic, mechanical, and oddly stifled sort of move music. Their collections can be viewed as soundtracks to their stageshows, instead of chronicles which are performed live.

Numerous basic scholars have locked on to the band for their rebellious disposition and cheeky stylings – Judith Butler, Etienne Balibar, and Antonio Negri, to give some examples.
